About TOI
What is the TOI Program?
The TOI (Training, Orientation, and Induction) Program is an 8-week initiative supported by the Ministry of Social Development. It provides participants with essential industry skills, work readiness training, and the opportunity to explore different career paths.
Who can join the TOI Programme?
The TOI Program is open to anyone, regardless of fitness level or prior experience. It's designed for those available between 8 AM – 4 PM and able to commit to 20 hours per week.
What will I learn on the TOI Programme?
Participants will learn Health & Safety protocols, Hydration and Nutrition, industry-specific skills, and work readiness. You'll gain practical experience at real work-sites and receive comprehensive training.
Why enrol in the TOI Programme?
By the end of the program, you may receive a job offer, meanwhile, you’ll also gain 8 weeks of practical work experience, and earn certifications in Health & Safety, Hydration and Nutrition, and first aid training.
Is the TOI Programme free?
Yes, the TOI Program is fully funded by the Ministry of Social Development, making it free for all participants. We also provide daily transport to and from the worksites. Jobseeker support can be received while on the programme.
